Constance Biehler

EXPERIENCE

Constance Biehler has been a member of the Paris Bar since the beginning of 2023.

She advises and assists the clients’ firm, whether shareholders, investors, creditors, prospective buyers, or debtor companies at all stages of the procedures, both amicable and judicial.

She also practices corporate law, in private equity files and M&A transactions.

Before joining Lamoure Rivals in September 2024, Constance acquired a two-year experience as an associate at a French business law firm, in a team dedicated to PE, M&A, and business litigation. She also reinforced her expertise in corporate restructuring through several internships within Mandataires judiciaires’ firms and law firms dedicated to insolvency law.

Constance holds a Master 1 in business law and taxation and a Master 2/LLM in comparative private international and European law.
