EXPERIENCE

Earwin Florentin joined the firm Lamoure Rivals in Septembre 2025, as a Legal Counsel awaiting bar admission (juriste en attente de prestation de serment). 

Earwin graduated from the University of Paris Pantheon-Assas with a Master 1 in Business Law, followed by a Master 2 in Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency (Techniques de Restructuration des Entreprises en Difficulté). He works alongside the firm’s lawyers on issues involving corporate restructuring, business law, and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Earwin gained professional experience through multiple internships in restructuring, notably at FHBX, a firm of court-appointed administrators (administrateurs judiciaires), as well as at several top-tier French and international law firms.
