Enzo Faedda

EXPERIENCE

Enzo Faedda has been a lawyer since 2015.

He advises debtors, shareholders, buyers, managers and creditors in the amicable (ad hoc mandate and conciliation) and judicial (safeguard, receivership, compulsory liquidation and takeover offer) management of corporate distress.

He also assists all stakeholders in the context of M&A, private equity and distressed M&A transactions.

He joined Lamoure Rivals when it was founded in 2023 after working alongside Bérangère Rivals and Lionel Lamoure at Santoni & Associés for four years.

He previously acquired significant experience in M&A and private equity during his first position at BG2V, as well as experience in investment funds.
