EXPERIENCE
Hugo Raynal holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and Legal Counsel (DJCE – Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise) from the University of Caen, and a University Diploma in Insolvency Law from the University of Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne.
He joined Lamoure Rivals in January 2026 as a trainee lawyer, having previously completed several internships with law firms specialising in restructuring, and with a firm of court-appointed administrators (administrateurs judiciaires).
Hugo works on restructuring matters, in both “out-of-court” and “in-court” insolvency proceedings, as well as on related litigation and, more broadly, on business litigation.
