EXPERIENCE

Lynda Abramov has been a lawyer since 2022.

Alongside the partners, she assists debtors, shareholders, prospective buyers, executives, and creditors in the context of procedures for dealing with business difficulties, both amicable (ad hoc mandate, conciliation) and judicial (accelerated safeguard, safeguard, judicial reorganization, and judicial liquidation).

She also practices in business litigation (disputes related to collective procedures, commercial and contractual disputes, conflicts between partners, liability of directors, etc.).

Lynda Abramov joined the firm Lamoure Rivals in June 2024, after gaining initial experience as an associate in a team dedicated to business law in difficulty and business litigation at a French business law firm.

She holds a Master 2 DJCE (diploma of corporate legal advisor) from the University of Cergy-Pontoise.
