Emma Jacquier

EXPERIENCE

Emma Jacquier is a member of the Paris Bar.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation (Master 2 Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité Paris 1 – HEC) and graduated from the Magistère de Droit des Activités Economiques at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She primarily focuses on restructuring, where she advises debtors, shareholders, directors, creditors and investors in complex financial restructurings and special situations, both “in court” and “out of court.” She also handles a broad range of business law matters and related litigation.

Emma joined Lamoure Rivals in May 2026, following an initial experience within the Financial Restructuring & Insolvency team of the U.S. law firm White & Case.
