Once again this year, Lamoure Rivals was a partner of the Restructuring & Transformation Summit, “the meeting place for leaders in takeover, investment and consulting”, held on April 2, 2024 at the Pavillon d’Armenonville in Paris.
Lionel Lamoure moderated the conference: “Prevention: amicable settlement as the best tool for anticipating difficulties”, alongside Jacques Fineschi, former President of the Nanterre Commercial Court – Prevention Delegate, Nicolas de Germay (Alandia Industrie) and René Ricol.
Bérangère Rivals moderated the plenary session on “Directors’ liability: from litigation to criminal law”, alongside Stephen Almaseanu, Deputy Public Prosecutor, Paris Court of Appeal, and Geoffroy Berthelot, Court-appointed Representative.
